Villa Marineta 1 is located in one of the quietest residential neighborhoods of Cala en Blanes. 10 minutes walk from Calan Brut, where you can enjoy its platforms to sunbathe or jump from them into the sea.
It has a single floor, with a full kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
In the garden, we find the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol. It also has a built-in barbecue to enjoy on summer nights.
